# Quotas, Scheduling and Randomized Send ("Sprinkle")

## Monthly quotas
Each plan includes a **monthly email allowance** that caps how many emails you can send within a billing cycle (see https://autophish.io/pricing for details). AutoPhish will block sending once you exceed your remaining quota.

## Scheduling
When configuring a campaign, choose an **interval** (e.g., one‑time or recurring). Scheduled campaigns run automatically on their cadence until paused or the quota is reached.

## Randomized delivery ("sprinkle")
To avoid everyone receiving the test at once, enable **randomized/sprinkled delivery** (if available on your plan). This spreads emails over a time window so results better reflect real‑world conditions.

## Tips
* Start with monthly tests, then adjust frequency as your program matures.
* Space deliveries across over multiple workdays to minimize internal “heads‑up” chatter (sprinkle feature)
* Watch your **Dashboard** to track sends within the billing period.
