Quotas, Scheduling and Randomized Send ("Sprinkle")

Monthly quotas

Each plan includes a monthly email allowance that caps how many emails you can send within a billing cycle (see https://autophish.io/pricing for details). AutoPhish will block sending once you exceed your remaining quota.

Scheduling

When configuring a campaign, choose an interval (e.g., one‑time or recurring). Scheduled campaigns run automatically on their cadence until paused or the quota is reached.

Randomized delivery ("sprinkle")

To avoid everyone receiving the test at once, enable randomized/sprinkled delivery (if available on your plan). This spreads emails over a time window so results better reflect real‑world conditions.

Tips

• Start with monthly tests, then adjust frequency as your program matures.
• Space deliveries across over multiple workdays to minimize internal “heads‑up” chatter (sprinkle feature)
• Watch your Dashboard to track sends within the billing period.
