How to enable Anonymous Mode
Anonymous Mode lets you run phishing awareness campaigns while protecting the privacy of individual employees. When enabled, all reports anonymize target e-mail addresses and show only counts of interactions (such as opens, clicks, and submissions) instead of specific user details.
When should you use Anonymous Mode?
Anonymous Mode is useful if your company wants to measure overall security awareness without singling out individual employees — for example when working with a works council, or when internal privacy policies and regulations (such as GDPR) require it.
How to enable Anonymous Mode
- Log in to your AutoPhish account.
- Open Settings from the top navigation.
- Go to Manage Companies.
- Click Edit next to your company.
- Tick the Enable Anonymous Mode checkbox in the Anonymous Mode section.
- Click Save Company Details to apply the change.
Good to know
Anonymous Mode applies company-wide: once enabled, all reports show anonymized results. You can disable it at any time by unticking the checkbox and saving your company details again.
