Create and Launch a Campaign
Step‑by‑step guide to set up, review, and send your first phishing simulation.
1) Start a new campaign
- Sign in and go to your Dashboard.
- Click ➕ New Campaign in the header.
2) Tone & Style
- Enter a Campaign Name.
- Choose a Tone (from professional to friendly).
- Pick a Test Interval (e.g., one‑time, monthly).
- Add Target Email Addresses (comma or newline separated). Use test addresses first.
Click Next.
3) Select a Scenario
- Expand a category (e.g., Social Engineering, IT Support, HR).
- Select one or more scenarios to include. Base this on the audience, or use the defaults selected by AutoPhish.
- Click Next.
4) Generate the Email
- AutoPhish generates a tailored phishing email (From, Subject, Body).
- Review the preview. If needed, click Generate New Email for another variation.
- Click Next.
5) Review & Launch
- Review the summary: name, tone, interval, language, targets, and email content.
- Optional: View Targets and View Email for a final check.
- Choose Save Campaign to keep a draft without sending, or Save and Start Campaign to launch now.
Validation & common blocks
- At least one target is required.
- Verified sending domain required before sending (see Verify a Sending Domain).
- Campaigns respect your monthly allowance; you can’t send beyond your plan’s limit.
