# Cancel, Downgrade & Refunds

## Cancel your subscription
You can cancel any time from **Settings → Billing**. Cancellation takes effect at the **end of your current billing period** unless otherwise stated during the flow.

## Downgrade or upgrade
* **Upgrade:** Access higher limits immediately; charges may be **pro‑rated**.
* **Downgrade:** New limits take effect from the **next billing cycle**.

## Free trial
New accounts may include a **free trial**. If you cancel during the trial, **no charge** is made. After the trial ends, normal billing begins unless you cancel. For current trial terms, see the **Pricing** page: https://autophish.io/pricing

## Refunds
Refunds are handled per our **Terms of Service**. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support with your account email and invoice number.
