# Billing, Invoices & Payment Methods


## Billing cycles
AutoPhish subscriptions are **monthly**. Your renewal date is shown on the **Billing** page in your account. Changes (upgrades/downgrades) take effect **immediately** or from the **next cycle**, depending on the change.

## Payment processing
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. See our **Terms of Service** for details on subscriptions and payment obligations.

## Invoices
* Invoices are sent to you on a monthly basis by our payment provider

## Updating billing details
You can update your **card** and **billing** details in **Settings → Billing**. Changes apply to **future** invoices.

## Failed payments
If a payment fails, AutoPhish will retry automatically and **notify the account owner**. Re‑enter a valid payment method to restore service.
